Board of Directors
The Campbell Chamber of Commerce is guided by its Board of Directors. These community leaders devote their personal time to guide the direction of the Chamber. The board members organize committees to oversee and plan each incredible event hosted by the Chamber. The Campbell Chamber hosts the two highest rated festivals in the Silicon Valley, which require hundreds of hours dedicated time and resources from each board member.

DAN ORLOFF
Dan owns a successful marketing company, Orloff Marketing, in San Jose. His firm serves as the out-sourced marketing department small to medium-sized non-tech businesses and nonprofit agencies.
Dan is a managing member and part owner of Pruneyard Cinemas and Cedar Room, served on History San José‘s board of directors for twelve years, is an active member of Rotary Club of San Jose and member of the San Jose Fountain Blues & Brews Festival and Foundation board of directors.
Dan co-founded San Jose Rocks, a non-for-profit venture aspires to collate, authenticate and highlight the history that has allowed San Jose, the South Bay and Silicon Valley to become the epicenter of music of al kinds and of technological innovations that have driven the music industry since the first radio broadcasting station went live in 1909 in downtown San Jose. San Jose Rocks features website, scholarly research, podcasts and live events.

JEFF MIGNEAULT
Growing up in a family of small business owners and having over 20 years of experience in financial services, Jeff has found that his clients really appreciate the time he takes to educate them on financial strategies and investments. He want his clients to feel more confident, secure, and in control when making decisions.
As an Edward Jones financial advisor, Jeff enjoys the opportunity to partner with local families and business owners to create and implement personalized strategies that work toward specific goals that they set together. Whether it’s planning for retirement, saving for a child’s college education, investment strategies to help reduce taxes, or trying to protect the financial future of the ones that we care for the most, he works with each client, taking the time to identify each goal and help develop the appropriate strategy to address it. He also coordinates and works in tandem with other professionals including CPAs, estate planning attorneys and life insurance specialists, to execute on his clients’ plan.
Jeff is an active member of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, San Jose Elks, Rotary Club, and holds the AAMS® and CRPC® professional designations from the College for Financial Planning. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, camping, volunteering and riding bikes with his family. Jeff is also a “very” amateur photographer.

RANDI ROSS
Randi Ross is the owner of V’s Barbershop, an upscale men’s barbershop, and Ben’s Barketplace, a health food store for dogs and cats. Prior to striking out on her own in the small business world, Randi spent 20+ years in sales and business development in the semiconductor industry. Her experience includes leadership positions with P&L responsibility in Fortune 500 global technology companies. Randi holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and was a Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence honoree in 2019.

MICHAEL LOMBARDI
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant with a broad base of experience in the business and accounting community; as a CPA in national, regional and local environments, and as a financial executive in private industry. He has also served on several Boards of Directors for both profit and non-profit organizations. His firm, Eckley Lombardi Glascott LLP, is a full-service accounting and tax firm specializing in closely held, entrepreneurial companies locally and throughout the Western U.S.
Mike grew up in Santa Clara, attended Archbishop Mitty HS, San Jose State University and did his graduate tax work at Golden Gate University. He worked in his family’s business in Campbell’s Kirkwood Plaza from childhood through his early college years and later held his accounting practice in Campbell for 15 years before moving to his current location on Bascom Avenue.
Mike and his wife, Melissa, have two grown children, and a plethora of rescued dogs. He is a huge sports fan and is still suffering from withdrawal as his kids have outgrown the youth sports he loved coaching and supporting. A garage full of slightly used equipment anxiously awaits grandkids.

JANIE KELLY
Janie, a native of Campbell, has been an active member of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce since 2003. Janie has been a real estate professional in the South Bay Area for over 25 years. As Broker Associate at Realty One Group Infinity, Janie specializes in helping her clients list, market, sell and purchase homes throughout the South Bay Area. As the Broker and Owner of Viking Property Management, Janie also handles all aspects of residential property management. Janie has been very active in various chamber events for years and has served on the Chamber board since 2011. She continues her passion to serve Campbell businesses and residents and is pleased to continue to serve on the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
For her leadership and service to the community, Janie was honored as Campbell’s Citizen of the Year for 2015. She remains very active in the Norwegian-American community through her activities with Sons of Norway. Janie and her husband, Patrick, have six children and eight grandchildren.

CHARLES DAMPIER II
Charles has over 25 years of banking experience in the South Bay market. He grew up in San Jose and started his career with Wells Fargo Bank in various sales and management positions. After 10 years at Wells Fargo Bank, Charles spent over 15 years with U.S. Bank as the Vice President and Business Banking Sales Manager covering from Palo Alto to San Luis Obispo. Currently, he is the Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Pinnacle Bank located at the Campbell Pruneyard.
Charles has been very active in the community where he served as the Board Chair on the Silicon Valley Advisory Board for Junior Achievement. In addition, he has been involved in several other non-profit boards and committees such as Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Special Olympics, as well as others.
Charles and his wife, Minna, have two grown daughters who share their love to travel and spend time together as a family. He loves sports, fishing, watching movies, and focuses on commercial banking services for small to medium-sized businesses, offering a variety of products and services that combine the best of personal touch with convenient technology-based client servicing.

WILLIAM KAUFMAN
William (“Bill”) Kaufman is a partner with Sweeney Mason LLP and specializes in construction law with over almost twenty (20) years of civil litigation experience. Bill has represented numerous individuals and business entities alike as both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of construction litigation matters involving commercial, residential and public works projects.
Bill received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005, and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, graduating on the Dean’s list with a Bachelor Arts in Philosophy. Prior to law school, Bill attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where he majored in Philosophy, graduating with honors with a minor in Political Science. Following his undergraduate studies, he was a full-time member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association where he competed in rodeos throughout the Western United States as a calf roper and Turquoise Circuit Finals qualifier.
Mr. Kaufman is an active member of his community and proud member of the the Santa Clara County Bar Association, ABC Norcal, WACA (Wall & Ceiling Alliance), CFMA-Silicon Valley, Associated Roofing Contractors of the Bay Area Counties, Inc., and has also served on the ASAC (American Subcontractors Association of California) Legislative Bill Vetting Committee for Contracts, Construction Defects and is the Subcommittee Chairman for Mechanic’s Lien and Retention related topics.
Bill and his wife Caitlin reside in Campbell with their two children and are active members of St. Christopher School and Parish in San Jose. Mr. Kaufman recently completed serving a four-year term as a City of Campbell Civic Improvement Commissioner, and former Chairman of the Commission in 2022.

TERRY HINES
Terry has been running NovaTech Services, Inc, a computer outsourcing company, for 16 years, since he retired from HP, doing sales and IT. He grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and received his Masters from the University of Nebraska.
Terry has been married to his wife, Mary, for 44 years and they have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren, who all live in CA. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, boating, having fun with his family and friends, and giving back to his community.

MICHAEL PUTNAM
Michael has owned and operated Encore Marketing Solutions for the past 14 years. The ability to work with businesses of all sizes is a big attraction. The variety of services provided by his company, including graphic design, traditional printing, large format printing, promotional products and custom apparel, keeps it challenging.
Looking for a little reminder of small town charm and resources to help grow his business, Michael joined the Campbell Chamber in 2011. Shortly after he joined the Ambassador team and was a Board member in 2013 and 2014. Michael has remained extremely active with the Campbell Chamber participating in many of the Event Committees, including Chairing the Annual Golf Tournament for 2 years and most recently Chairing Boogie Campbell’s Music Festival and Oktoberfest for 2018 & 2019.
Michael has been a Board Member with the YMUW, a mentoring, modern day rite of passage for young men, for the past 14 years. An avid golfer and tennis player but mediocre at both, enjoys traveling near and far, great conversation over wine with friends or strangers alike…

Carl San Miguel
Owner Broker of the Highland Group Companies, established in 1972 parent to Highland Properties and Highland Financial.
Highland Properties serves the entire Bay Area in the management, sales, and leasing of real estate of both residential and commercial properties, this includes analyzing all property income.
Highland Financial provides service in both lending and servicing of real estate loans.
Carl is very involved in the community serving as President of the Chamber from 2004 thru 2006 and President of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors in 2000 and in 2013.
Carl is the recipient of the Campbell Citizen of the year and Realtor of the year awards and obtained a lifetime teaching credential in the field of real estate in the California State Junior College System.

NICHOLAS WELZENBACH
Nicholas is a second-generation funeral professional. He has been serving families for nearly 20 years. He began his career in San Diego. He and his wife Kendall relocated to the Bay Area 10 years ago. Nicholas is the Managing Partner of Darling Fischer in Campbell & Los Gatos as well as Los Gatos Memorial Park. Nicholas is an active member of the community. He serves on the Board for both the Campbell Chamber and the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, the Campbell Veteran Memorial Foundation Board, and is an active Los Gatos Rotarian.
He and his staff are working daily to care for families, while also working to reinvent funeral service around Celebrations of Life and by helping families find new and unique ways to tell their loved ones stories. He is also the host of the podcast, Guiding Grief, available on Apple podcasts, Spotify, and other podcast platforms. While funeral and cemetery service are his life’s work and passion, what he truly loves is being with his family. Kendall and Nicholas have a daughter Audrey, and a son Lachlan. His daily work has shown him the true value of every moment.

Dale Yoshihara
Born and raised in the West Valley Community, Dale attended Santa Clara University from 1969-1973 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
Employed in the Hospitality Industry since 1973 as a bouncer, bar-back, bartender, waiter, and manager. Dale owned Bini’s Bar and Grille in San Jose from 1978-2001. Dale has been a partner at Kyoto Palace in The Pruneyard Shopping Center since 2001.
Very active with Japanese-American Community in Santa Clara Valley and a San Jose East Valley Lions Club member since 1988, Dale is a long-time Campbell Chamber member and has been a board member since 2012.
