On Saturday, April 20th, the Campbell Chamber Community Foundation will host it's 56th annual Celebrate Campbell gala fundraiser.
This year, the event will be held at The Cannery at 300 Orchard City Drive. This is a new venue and offers the Foundation an opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind evening of entertainment while also celebrating the people and businesses in our community who make Campbell Great. The Foundation will also award three local high school seniors with scholarships named in honor of three of Campbell's heroes, Betty Deal, Sally Howe and Mike Kotowski
A 007 Bond-inspired theme sets the scene for an evening adventure and intrigue.
Guests will arrive at "MI6 headquarters" and be cleared for the evening's mission of of high stakes, high style and high praise.
From 5pm to 7pm, attendees will enjoy passed appetizers, cocktails and play Blackjack and poker at the casino fundraiser. Campbell Cigar Club will also be on-site hosting a cigar bar, and there will be clandestine outdoor spaces to enjoy a drink and a smoke with your fellow agents.
Before dinner, all agents should report to Q's Research Lab to be educated about all the latest spy technology.
At 7pm, Table & Terrace will serve a delicious three course dinner and the awards portion of the evening begins.
Karen Tamaki will be taking photos and there will be wine vaults and other opportunities to win prizes fit for a 007 agent.
All proceeds from the evening benefit the Foundation and the programs it serves, including the scholarships mentioned above, the Campbell Toy Program and the Relay for Life in Campbell.
