Education has always been one of the highest priorities within the Campbell Community. In 1851 as more pioneers arrived with their families, local farmers established the first public school to provide organized education for their children. As the valley’s prosperity and population grew, business and agricultural leaders donated property and promoted legislation to help establish more schools to meet the demand.
Today, three public school districts serve 20,000 students in the Campbell area:
Quality well rounded educational programs
In addition to offering strong academic programs, Campbell’s elementary, middle and high schools provide art, music, drama, athletics and technology instruction. One district also offers district-run preschool programs and a full-day kindergarten.
Families can also choose from alternatives to public school with our charter school, a parent participation school and from Chamber members Delphi Academy and The Harker School.
High achievement
As a result of family and local community support, Campbell students consistently earn honors at competitive events and repeatedly score above average on state and local tests.
